Payment Terms/Deposit Policy
In order to guarantee a reservation, a 50% payment needs to be made at the time of the reservation request. The remainder is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. For Peak Season (December 20 - January 5) a 60 day final payment policy applies. If no payment is received, the reservation will cancel automatically and payment will be returned according to the Cancellation Policy conditions.


Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for reservations made 60 days prior to arrival gives the Le Priss INN the right to apply a 10% cancellation fee. If cancellations are made 30-59 days prior arrival a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations within the 30 day time period will be charged 100% of the reservation. For Green Season (May 1 - December 19) a 7 day period applies.
